We’re moving in 2026!

We will be moving the studio in early 2026 to a beautiful, bright and airy studio space at Barton + Emerald. This will enable us to grow as a team, a community and create more opportunities for people to access art therapy in the Hamilton area!

We will be opening the doors to the new studio on January 12th, 2026.

You’re welcome to book a consultation now.

We can’t wait to welcome you into the new space soon!

Welcome to InnerSpace!

We hope you’ll feel right at home in this cozy, welcoming space. Our goal is to create an environment that nurtures, inspires, and supports your creative journey. And, of course, there’s always plenty of herbal tea, coffee and comfy couches to help you relax and unwind while you explore.

The (Inner)Space Matters

The process of creating can bring up a lot of emotions, and it’s natural to feel vulnerable. That’s why the art therapy studio is intentionally designed to offer a space that fosters freedom, creativity, and a break from the pressure of perfection.

The environment is uplifting and inviting, encouraging you to connect with your inner creativity in a way that feels natural and unforced. It’s a sanctuary where all forms of creativity are embraced, and every step of your journey is valued.
