Meet Mikah
they/ them
Mikah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Art Therapist (DTATI Candidate), and multidisciplinary artist who works with children, youth, and adults. They bring a warm, creative, and collaborative approach to therapy, integrating art-making, mindfulness, movement, and play to support clients through life's challenges.
Working from a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens, Mikah supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, identity exploration, relationship challenges, grief, chronic pain, and trauma. They have experience working with neurodiverse and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and strive to create an affirming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Mikah also draws on their experience as a registered yoga teacher and meditation instructor, bringing an appreciation for the connection between mind, body, and creativity into their work. They offer both in-person and virtual sessions across Ontario. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to explore.
