Meet Liana

I have been passionate about the arts since childhood as a way to process and explore my emotions. I have worked as a practicing artist for over twenty years and have recognized how therapeutic & healing it can be.

My own personal experience with postpartum led me on a new path of meaning and purpose in supporting others in the therapeutic space. Art provides an unique access to sensory processing and supports nervous system regulation. You don’t need words to express how you are feeling and art therapy can provide an avenue to explore trauma and subconscious thought in a way that is non-confrontational and regulating. I work with teens and adults to explore your internal world in order to gain a better understanding of who you are.

I help support emotionally overwhelmed, intuitive individuals connect with their nervous system to release old emotional patterns and shift into an empowered identity of self-confidence, inner strength and clarity. Therapy can be overwhelming, and I offer a space for curiosity, exploration and reflection.

I help support new moms navigating the perinatal period, or struggling with stress, trauma, challenging relationships, anxiety and low mood. I also work with parents looking to navigate transitions, life challenges, identity and relationship changes to help find overall wellness and meaning in parenthood.

I have experience working with anxiety, trauma, sexual assault, identity, self-compassion, depression, emotion regulation, stress management, and spirituality

I am passionate about nature and gardening and in my spare time you can find me outside with my family or chasing our chickens.
