Meet Carly!

Carly is a white, nonbinary, queer, and neurodivergent Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Canadian Art Therapist with over five years of experience. They are dedicated to creating affirming, creative, and compassionate spaces for healing, supporting clients of all ages — adults, teens, children, and families.
Carly’s approach is trauma-informed and centered on inclusivity, with special expertise in supporting:
LGBTQ2S+ individuals
Neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, Autism, and FASD
Individuals navigating grief, complex trauma, or spiritual and religious trauma
Clients exploring body image, fat-affirming care, and sex-positive care
BIPOC communities
They also incorporate AutPlay Therapy, a family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming approach designed to support neurodivergent children and their caregivers.
Carly is honoured to walk alongside clients as they explore, express, and grow through the power of art, providing a safe and creative space to process feelings, build self-understanding, and foster resilience.
